A Tradition of Dance Excellence for More Than 35 Years
For more than 35 years, Dance Adventure and The Dance Center of Greenwich have had the privilege of introducing over 10,000 children to the joy of dance through experienced teachers, live piano accompaniment, and thoughtfully designed, age-appropriate instruction.
Dance Adventure welcomes toddlers and preschoolers into a warm, nurturing environment where they discover movement, music, imagination, and the excitement of dance. As students grow, they continue their dance education at The Dance Center of Greenwich, our division for dancers through 12th grade.
Whether a child dances for one season or many years, our goal is simple: to provide exceptional dance instruction in an environment where children enjoy learning, feel encouraged, and look forward to coming to class each week.

Our Teaching Philosophy
We believe children learn best in an encouraging environment where each student feels welcomed, supported, and inspired.
Our teachers understand that every child develops at a different pace. Rather than comparing children to one another, we encourage each student to do their personal best while enjoying the process of learning.
Our classes are structured, age-appropriate, and designed to provide the right balance of learning, creativity, and fun. As students grow, our curriculum provides increasing opportunities to develop strong dance technique while continuing to foster artistry, musicality, and a genuine appreciation for dance.
A Dance Program for Every Age
Children can begin with our Parent & Child classes as toddlers and continue into Pre-Ballet, Pre-Tap, and Pre-Jazz & Hip-Hop during the preschool years. As they grow, they can continue through Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Modern, Irish Dance, and other programs throughout their elementary, middle school, and high school years.
Our progressive curriculum allows students to build skills year after year while remaining part of the same welcoming dance community. For many children, Dance Adventure and The Dance Center of Greenwich becomes an activity they look forward to every week throughout their childhood.
Many of our former students now bring their own children, continuing a tradition that has spanned generations. There is no greater compliment than welcoming the children of former students into our studios.
