Dress Code for Class
- Parent and Child Classes: Loose comfortable clothes or dance wear.
- Pre-Ballet Classes: Light pink leotard, tights and ballet slippers. No costumes or tutus in class. Optional: Light pink pull-on dance skirt or light pink leotard with simple attached light pink skirt. Hair must be worn up and off the face.
- Ballet, Kindergarten Level: Light pink leotard, tights and ballet slippers. No skirts (attached or unattached), costumes or tutus are allowed in class. Hair must be worn up in a bun (if long) or up and off the face (if short). Boys: White T-shirt with black or gray sweatpants and black ballet slippers.
- Ballet, 1st Grade Level and up: Black leotard, pink tights and pink ballet slippers. No skirts (attached or unattached). Boys: Solid white T-shirt with black or gray sweatpants and black ballet slippers.
- Pre-Tap Class: Leotard and tights of any solid color worn with, or without, black leggings or simple pull- on dance skirt of any color. Dancers may also wear a simple dance dress and tights of any color. All students must wear their own black tap shoes each week. Hair should be worn up and off the face. Boys: T-shirt of any solid color with black or gray sweatpants and black tap shoes.
- Tap Classes Kindergarten and up: Leotard and tights of any solid color to be worn with, or without, black leggings, or simple pull-on dance skirt of any color. Dancers may also choose to wear a simple dance dress and tights of any solid color, or a dance top of any solid color with black leggings. All students must wear their own black tap shoes to class each week. Hair should be worn up and off the face. Boys: T-shirt of any solid color with black or gray sweatpants and black tap shoes. Please no street clothes.
- Jazz/Hip Hop Classes Pre-Jazz through Teen: Leotard of any color or dance shirt worn with black leggings. Black jazz shoes are required. Hair should be worn up and off the face. Boys: T-shirt of any solid color with gray or black sweatpants and sneakers.
- Teen Hip Hop Class: T-shirt or dance top and/or leotard with black or gray sweatpants and dance sneakers.
