This high-energy jazz and hip-hop class introduces young dancers to dynamic, age-appropriate movement in a fun and supportive environment. Students build coordination, rhythm, muscle memory, style, and confidence while learning basic dance vocabulary inspired by today's popular music and music video styles. As dancers grow, they discover how movement, rhythm, and performance come together to develop their own unique style and excitement about jazz and hip-hop.  Each class includes a dynamic warm-up, movement across the floor, and dance combinations that introduce the exciting styles and movements of jazz and hip-hop. Throughout the year, dancers develop performance skills and confidence as they prepare for the excitement of our annual Spring Recital.
