Designed for ages 7–9, this beginner ballet class provides a strong introduction to classical ballet while welcoming both new and returning students. Dancers develop proper ballet positions, technique, posture, alignment, balance, and musicality through age-appropriate barre work, center exercises, and across-the-floor combinations. As technique improves, students begin to appreciate the discipline, artistry, and beauty that define classical ballet. As skills and confidence grow, students learn longer movement sequences, improve strength and flexibility, and gain an appreciation for the discipline and artistry of ballet.

Throughout the year, dancers prepare choreography and performance skills as they work toward the excitement of our annual Spring Recital.

This 32-Class Academic Year ends the week of June 7, 2027.
